"Traveled over 400 miles from Annapolis MD to the cycle exchange, let me tell you it was so well worth it that I will never buy another motorcycle from anyone else again. Could not believe the size of the showroom, with so many large selections of sparkling Clean detailed machines, upon first sight I felt like a kid in a candy store. My salesman’s name was John who had been working there many years, a fellow biker having lots of experience. He was polite and very helpful, loaded up my machine for me, and strapped it down with tie downs I purchased there, also gave me safe advice on transporting. When arriving home some 5 hrs later the motorcycle had not budged an inch. Bought my first motorcycle in 1963, and have owned 14 since then, so with this much experience I can honestly say that you will not go wrong at the Cycle Exchange in New Jersey. The Harley I purchased there rides, runs, and looks like a new one. So travel those extra miles and make yourself happy, I know I am. Thanks Guys. "

" I had been looking at selling my bike for some time and after finding your website and seeing that you purchased used biked I decided to email you. I promptly received an email from John asking for more information about my bike. Several emails later, I was on my way to your store with my bike with what I thought was a fair price for my bike. Everyone I encountered at your store was friendly including the young lady that greeted my wife, daughter and I as soon as we came in and the gentleman who assisted me in off loading my bike. A short time later, we sat down with John and went over everything which took maybe 10 minutes at the most. Everything was straight and up front and overall a great experience.
